Ellen was born in a small village in Germany. Since 2014, she lives with her husband and her calico cat in sunny Tucson.

After studying art history in Berlin, she moved from theory to practice. Ellen started with a classical graphic design education, focused on illustration, and soon discovered a passion for silkscreen.

Her work is characterized by bold colors and a good pinch of humor. Ellen feels lucky to make a living from being creative and running her own screen printing studio.

Her motto: “Print now – Riot later.”
